ICAN! will help you fill out the court papers to ask the court for an Emergency Domestic Violence Protective Order in Tulsa County.

This interactive computer program asks you questions and then fills out the paper for you!  You take the printed papers to the Tulsa County Courthouse, 2nd floor Court Clerk's office to file them.  Then you see a judge (available daily at 11:00 a.m. and at 3:00 p.m.) to request the Emergency Protective Order.

The program assigns you a secret password, so that if you need more information or have to leave the computer, you can come back to the program and finish answering the questions.  You can also view a video on a making a safety plan or see a court tour to prepare you to file your papers and see the judge.

Click on the picture above or here to go to the use this computer to fill out the court papers.
