The Senior Law Project provides free legal advice, counseling, and community education for American citizens who are 60 years of age or older.

Each case is different and our representation of Older Americans may be available in many different types of cases, such as:

- Debt Collection or Credit Problems,
- Garnishment,
- Consumer Issues,
- Medicaid, Medicare, Medical Access Issues,
- Public Housing, Subsidized Housing,
- Food Stamps,
- Social Security, Supplemental Security Income (SSI),
- Veteran's Benefits,
- Guardianships,
- Power of Attorney
