What we do ...

Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma is a non-profit law firm.
We help eligible low-income and seniors with civil legal problems.

In order to provide services free to low-income clients, we raise funds from many sources.

Funding is provided by the Legal Services Corporation, the State of Oklahoma, local United Way organizations, Area Agencies on Aging, private funding, and other sources.

More information about Donating to Legal Aid's Campaign for Justice here.

Eligibility is limited to low-income persons and senior citizens (ages 60 and over).

Legal Aid considers income, assets, and family size, among other factors in determining eligibility.

For more detailed information about Legal Aid, see this page.

To see if you qualify for assistance,
call the Application Hotline at 1-888-534-5243.
