Can anyone get free legal services?
No, Legal Aid cannot help everyone who calls.

We only represent people with very low income.
We will ask questions about your income and other eligibility factors. 
Questions like how much income do you have and how many people live in your household?

  • Phones answered Monday through Friday
     
  • Main Application & Spanish Line
    8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

     
  • SPLASH - Senior (60+) Line 
    8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.

     
  • An Application Specialist will ask you  questions about your household income and legal problem
     
  • If eligible, you will get a call back from a lawyer
