Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma is marking Tuesday, February 21st as an opportunity to initiate a connection with eligible law students at SATJ’s annual Public Interest and Pro Bono Career Fair, held each spring at the OU Law School. The fair offers local public interest organizations and government agencies a chance to distribute informational materials, collect resumes and conduct informal interviews of prospective student volunteers, while providing students seeking law clerk positions with the opportunity to learn about many different agencies and opportunities.
Our Norman Law Office will be hosting a spot in the 2012 eighth annual career fair event. According to Richard Vreeland, Managing Attorney, “We are looking for talented law students to volunteer in our Norman Law Office. Utilizing law student volunteers is vital to our mission to further our ability to make equal justice for all a reality.”
Mr. Vreeland and staff will be available at the OU College of Law, 300 Timberdell Rd from 11:00am to 1:30pm on Feb 21st. For more information contact richard.vreeland@laok.org.
