NORMAN — Cleveland County lawyers will offer free legal advice to residents April 30 as part of this year's Law Day celebration.
Residents with legal questions can call 360-7555 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Members of the Cleveland County Bar Association will be at the phones.
A statewide hot line will be staffed by lawyers from Oklahoma City and Tulsa from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., bar association spokeswoman Melissa Brown said. The toll-free number is (800) 456-8525.
Spanish-speaking attorneys will be available to translate for those who do not speak English, she said.
An "Ask a Lawyer" television program will air at 7 p.m. April 30 on public television stations across the state, Brown said. |
