The Legal Servicess Corporation (LSC) funds legal assistance programs for low-income individuals nation-wide. 
LSC announces the 2009 maximum income levels for individuals eligible for legal assistance through LSC funded organizations. 

The Act provides that other specified factors shall be taken into account along with income.
